Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new B2B customers
• Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions
• Work closely with operations and planning teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract agreement
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and performance
• Represent the business professionally in meetings, calls, and networking opportunities
