   Do you really guarantee delivery the same day?

   Yes. It depends on where your package is going. We can deliver consignments to Europe, America and across the world if you like, however if your consignment is going to most destinations in the UK we’ll be able to guarantee same day delivery. There are certain exceptions of course, such as delivering to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the more remote parts of Scotland for example, as they might be ferry or weather dependent.

   What vehicle will you use?

   We have access to virtually every type of vehicle in our nationwide fleet. So whether you need a bike courier to urgently whizz across town or an artic to take a large load across the country the same day, we can make sure you get the right vehicle for the job.

   How do I know which van to choose?

   We’ve made it easy to work out what sort of vehicle you’ll need for your delivery – all the dimensions and capacities are outlined on the Fleet page of our website.
4. 4.

   Are you able to deliver any consignment?

   We’ll consider delivering almost anything, however unusual – but there are certain items we’re not allowed to carry, such as radioactive waste, live animals, blood and organs. Items of particularly high value may need additional insurance, which would carry an extra charge.
5. 5.

   What if something goes wrong?

   If there should be any kind of setback, such as traffic problems or bad weather, that prevents us delivering on time, we’ll let you know immediately and do everything we can to deliver asap.
6. 6.

   Can I open an account with you?

   If you use couriers regularly, we’ll be happy to work on that basis. Your first deliveries may need to be pre-paid though, while we set up your account – it usually takes 2 or 3 days.
