In most cases, yes. It depends on where your package is going. We can deliver consignments to Europe, America and across the world if you like, but if it’s going to most destinations in the UK we’ll normally be able to guarantee same day delivery. There are certain exceptions of course, such as delivering to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the more remote parts of Scotland for example, as they might be ferry or weather dependent.

If there should be any kind of setback, such as traffic problems or bad weather, that prevents us delivering on time, we’ll let you know immediately and do everything we can to deliver asap.

Simple – we’ll tell you. Let us know whether you’d prefer a text or email, and we’ll notify you as soon as our driver has successfully delivered your consignment. If you need proof of receipt, it will be brought back to our offices and we’ll pass it on to you.

Unlike some same day couriers, we won’t carry anything else alongside your consignment – reassuring, especially if your package is fragile.

We have access to virtually every type of vehicle in our nationwide fleet. So whether you need a bike courier to urgently to whizz across town or an artic to take a large load across the country the same day, we can make sure you get the right vehicle for the job.

We’ve made it easy to work out what sort of vehicle you’ll need for your delivery – all the dimensions and capacities are outlined on the Fleet page of our website.

We’ll consider delivering almost anything, however unusual – but there are certain items we’re not allowed to carry, such as radioactive waste, live animals, blood and organs. Items of particularly high value may need additional insurance, which would carry an extra charge.

We prefer any goods to be well-packaged when we collect them, with any sharp corners or edges protected. That way there’s less risk of damage in transit.

If you use couriers regularly, we’ll be happy to work on that basis. Your first deliveries may need to be pre-paid though, while we set up your account – it usually takes 2 or 3 days.

Some companies may add sneaky extra costs onto the figure they quote you, but not us. What you’re quoted is what you’ll pay, with no nasty surprises.
