The service from these guys was really good yesterday with the part collection from Nuneaton and delivered to Durham

166 miles plus 50mins delay at the pick up point so 12.40 start and here @ 3.50pm with plenty of calls to advise of the delay, confirmation of the collection, ETA on the delivery and the person who the parcel had been given to

I want to thank you and your team for what was a tricky but, ultimately, successful delivery.

Every person I spoke with over the phone - Chelsea and the young man who originally took the call and then called back with updates (didn't catch his name), were organised and clearly invested in ensuring the item was delivered -  I didn't spend one minute worrying that the item wouldn't be delivered because I didn't need to: your team were on it.

Brilliant service. Craig was very patient with me and sorted a last minute service very quickly at a VERY good price. Within 20 mins the package had been collected and came straight to me.   Excellent customer service, very professional and quick delivery.  Shame on the mainstream delivery people who cant even get their phone calls working properly and fail to do what is expected and paid for. Highly recommend Collect Same Day for any urgent needs you have in getting something somewhere last minute!

I was called instantly after submitting a form online. I was asked all the right questions and the team moved quickly on my request! They also kept informed throughout the whole time.

Would absolutely recommend using this Collect Same Day Couriers! I called them in a desperate panic at 10am, goods collected by 10:35 and with me by 12:05 collected in central london and delivered to Bedfordshire, so easy, quick and great customer service!! Thank you for saving the day!!
